15th April 2008 Vivid have again joined forces with Endemol to market and manufacture an electronic board game based on BBC One game show "The Kids Are All Right", a new primetime entertainment show which premiered last Saturday at 6.05pm. Hosted by John Barrowman, star of "Torchwood" and "I'd do Anything", the show sees four adults compete to win cash prizes. There is one obstacle standing between them for the cash - seven super kids who are smart and sassy and determined to see the adults go home with nothing! "The Kids Are All Right translates into a fantastic board game with all the quick fire tension energy from the TV show. With an RRP of £14.99, we're forecasting 60,000 units to go on sale to hit the peak games selling period in October - just as we did with the hugely successful Golden Balls electronic game last Christmas. The longevity of these games formats is proven by Golden Balls which is recorded as the No. 2 best selling game by NPD" states Marketing and Licensing Director Emma Sherski. Sian Piddington, Licensing Manager, Endemol UK: "Vivid's ability to fast track the product development process whilst delviering a strong game concept and top quality product makes them a first choice partner. The first episode peaked at 5 million viewers and 27% share proving the format's appeal and wide reaching potential for a board game." The Kids Are All Right Electronic Board Game will be available at leading retailers from October 2008. For stockist information, please contact 01702 200660.
